You have selected this months National Radio Top 20. We have done something a little different with this months ratings. There are three sources that we produce our ratings from, Google, Yahoo and (???) a source that we will name later. But first this May edition of the National Radio Top 20 we will compare the difference between the ratings and tastes of those that access web sites through Google or Yahoo. What we have found is that there is quite a difference. Also what we have found is that there are a lot of thieves out there that prefer to steal editorial and pictures in violation of international copyright law than do the work themselves. We will name names of those pilfering from National Radio. In doing so you will be surprised of those that are involved. There have been few changes from last months Google ratings. Jim Murray remains at the top. Leaping into the Top 10 was a business story of success when Fox Searchlight Pictures Promoted Zola Mashariki to Vice President of Production earning it the seventh spot in the rankings. The Angkor Temples was the months BIGGEST MOVER returned to the Top 10 securing the 9th position up from # 20. Japan's football coach Zico changed places with the Cambodian Royal Palace moving into third place up from 4th. Jerome Bettis the heart and soul of the Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl success is NEW in the ratings. That Sports Notes column also features Kobe Bryant. TOP 11 - 20 NEW ADDITIONS - The Williams Tennis family jumped into the NR Top 20 and landed in the # 17 spot. The ASEAN University Games is now on the list taking the 19th spot. The NBA's Los Angeles Clippers Now Have Winning Ways - MLB's Kirby Puckett Remembered jumped into the 12th position up from 15th. Dennis Rodman seems to be of great interest since he secured two places in the top 20 at number # 13 He's Back: A Dennis Rodman citing and # 20 ASSASSINATE RODMAN Lakers owner Jerry Buss prefers to call it LOVE. Racism is a subject that has been in the news and our story RACIST RADIO moved up from 17th to 15th. With FIFA trying to rid the game of football from this problem today the reality is that our RACIST RADIO story was written eight years ago. The subject remains a hot topic in the world today. The Yahoo ratings are very different with 16-yar-old Cambodian track star Sou Tit Linda Runs To Win In Life taking the top spot. She actually dropped from 11th place in Google's April ratings to out of the top 20. Go figure… Soooo…. Since the ratings are quite different between Google and Yahoo we will focus on the Google today and Yahoo later this month.
