Morgan Spurlock Celebrates Guinness World Record with Visit to NASDAQ and Rings the Closing Bell
CULVER CITY, Calif. USA -- (BUSINESS WIRE) Saturday August 13, 2011 Boundary-pushing Academy Award nominee Morgan Spurlock’s acclaimed film POM Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold has been recognized by Guinness World Records, the ultimate authority on record-breaking achievement, as the film with the “most paid-for product placements in a film.” The record now stands at 3,463 paid placements in the film that is currently available for digital download and debuts on Blu-ray ($35.99 SRP) and DVD ($30.99 SRP) August 23rd from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
